requirements into the several different areas of Total Customer
Satisfaction, (TCS), Quality
Assurance, (QA), to include items such as design requisites, (including
design life and design
reviews), prototype or model development, process
planning, (to include process design),
and production or process procedures.
This plan should follow any guidelines set
by either six sigma, ISO-9000,
or any other quality standards that must be adhered to.
