RQL - Rejectable quality level

This term is for an unacceptable quality amount. Different titles are sometimes used for RQL. As an RQL is an unacceptable level, the probability of acceptance for an RQL lot should be low. (Typical values between .01% to 10%, see Cpk compares to PPM for value reasons)
