Champion / Sponsor

An Individual trained in 6 Sigma, whom speaks for team’s issues to leading administrators. They will sanction final approval on team recommendations and supports the efforts of the Quality Council. They also facilitate the obtaining of team resources and help Black Belts and teams overcome all obstacles. They may also act as a mentor for the Black Belts.

They should be highly skilled in Six Sigma, ISO-9000, or what ever quality system is being deployed.
