Force field analysis

Identifies forces and/or various factors that support or work against any methodologies and/or perceptions.

Restraining factors are typically listed on one side of a work page and the driving forces are listed on the other side of a work page. It is used to bolster the strengths, good ideas and then overcome their weaknesses or barriers.
