Process design

Construction of a new process needed for new activities, systems, products, or services. For a six sigma project, (or any project really), one should use DMAIC - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control.

A six sigma process design should use DFSS, (Design for Six Sigma), as a guide.
